The Gulf and Northern is being built by Barry Meynell. Barry has been working on the Gulf and Northern for the last 4 years. Most of the hard work has been done but he still has one fiddler yard to construct. Barry lives on the Atherton Tableland in Atherton and has retired to run trains. |

Hamilton Yard is on the upper layer of the layout. It has 4 sidings which can hold a total of 9 cars. |

Summit is also on the upper layer. It has 6 sidings and can hold 15 cars.

Eastmere is on the lower level has 4 sidings and can hold a total of 14 cars Gulf Port is on the lower level and has 3 sidings which can hold 9 cars. Gulf Port also has Gulf Port Wharf and Gulf Port Yard. In all the Gulf Port section runs almost the full length of the layout. |
